Each Transformation Training workout includes core, cardio, ten exercise that hit every body part, and ends with flexibility. Clients are also given nutrition tips and goals for the week. No two workouts are the same. Cross-fit, circuit training, power lifting, cross training, yoga, tabata, plyometric training, sport specific, core, super-sets, are some of the many workout designs.
