Sorg's High Protein Bites

You need to consume 20 grams of protein within one hour of a workout. These protein bites are the perfect portable post-workout snack.

​2 cups Univera Vanilla Protein
2.5 cups peanut or cashew butter
2 cups oatmeal
4 tbsp ground flaxseed meat
2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp agave
2 cups chocolate chips – or – 2 tbsp cinnamon
 
Mix together and form into 1 inch balls. 
 
3 bites = 150 calories, 10 grams protein, 10 carbs, 
With cashew butter and cinnamon = 100 calories, 10 grams protein, 8 carbs
