The only way to reach your goals is with accountability and a calendar. You need someone else to help build you up to become stronger in mind, body and spirit. In this 12-week workshop, you will be held accountable to reach your 90-day goals with weekly check-ins where we will track progress, answer questions and make recommendations. During class and in our closed Facebook group, you will connect with others who have similar goals or strongholds to overcome. You will learn how to build the accountability to maintain your goals and a calendar that prioritizes YOU!

No more excuses! Now you can access Shelly Sorg’s life changing Transformation Training Workshop any time, from anywhere, simply select the path that works best for your lifestyle and location. All course material will be presented weekly LIVE: Mondays at the Sorg Sport and Wellness facility In New Albany, Indiana and Tuesdays* via Zoom*. Zoom meetings are recorded and available for playback if you are not available at the schedule time, or if you just need a boost of motivation or accountability between classes.
