​Your morning sets the tone for your whole day.  If you sleep until the last moment, skip breakfast and rush around until you run out the door, your are not setting yourself up for success.
 
Reading a devotional or something motivational sets your mind in a positive direction. Planning your food for the day keeps you from making poor meal choices when you are busy, hungry and tired. Eating a healthy, high protein/healthy fat breakfast keeps you satisfied and focused until lunch.
