One week to go! Take time today to check in with yourself and see how you are doing. 
 
  • Are you strength training 3x per week or more, and least 2x at Sorg’s? 
  • Are you reading or listening to something motivational or inspirational every day for at least 10 minutes? 
  • Are you still taking away from the JUNK you chose to give up? 
  • Are you spending within budget and only on things that benefit you and your family? 
 
Most important, are you PROUD of the choices you are making and the commitment to be your HIGHEST and BEST! 
 
We want to show off your results! This week, send in a private message or text: a photo, your team name, and I AM statement(s). We will check back for your results next weekend.
