4 weeks to go to achieve your 8 weeks goals. Pastor Kyle Idleman (and Winston Churchill) say Never, Never, Never, GIVE UP. This is a good time to reevaluate. Are you on your way to meeting your goal? Do you need to make a new goal because the first one is already met? Start Week 5 with the same enthusiasm and energy you had at Week 1! Restate your Week 1 goal or a new one. Frame as if already achieved...ex I am healthy and alive at 135, even if you are currently 145.
