​When we START toward a goal, excitement makes it easy to stay motivated. We are all in. We tackle every new task with energy and enthusiasm, determined to achieve our vision.  
 
Once the ‘new’ wears off, the work begins. Discipline is not a dirty word. Discipline is what it takes to STAY motivated through the middle. 
 
The MIDDLE is where we develop habits that will make our new goal a way of life. 
 
Self-control...one part of fruit of the spirit that is needed to practiced DAILY to reach and MAINTAIN goals.
