​Most people focus on working out when they decide to improve their health. Since nutrition is over 80% of the way you look, feel, and perform, it is just as important to spend time planning, grocery shopping, washing, chopping and cooking healthy meals.  

- Make a plan and journal what you will eat before the day starts.  

- Leave a healthy legacy and pack a healthy lunch for yourself and your family.

- Spend time in the kitchen as a family listening to music while cooking a healthy meal together. Memories will be built and healthier bodies and habits will be made.
