Thoughts are not facts. We have a CHOICE - accept our thoughts or change them. Choose to focus on positive thoughts.
- Practice meditation. Meditating will help you be aware of your thoughts, letting you be more in control of them. - Reframe thoughts to be positive. For example, when you look in the mirror focus on the progress you’ve made instead of how much weight you want to lose. - Be grateful. Focusing on what you are grateful for is a grate way to stay positive. Try keeping a gratitude and/or prayer journal. What are you grateful for today?
