This week starts the Lenten Season. This is a good time to DETOX (abstain from or rid the body of toxic or unhealthy substances).
Jesus died a terrible death so we can live forever in heaven and rose again so we can have the daily help of the Holy Spirit.
Detoxing from unhealthy habits is a great way to show gratitude and thanks to God who made and loves you.
This week we will give different ideas to detox to help make you WELL in mind, body, spirit, finances and relationships.

What did you learn in week six?
Joy is one part of the fruit of the spirit. It can be developed with daily practice.
I have found that the way I experience JOY daily is to spend quality time with Jesus, serving others and taking time for WELLness for myself.
