When your mind is focused on praise and thankfulness vs negatives like what you don’t have or your to do list you will enJOY each moment and reach your goals. Get an Attitude of Gratitude journal and daily write one new thing that gives you JOY... Daily invest in J.O.Y. Be joyful always, pray continuously and give thanks for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.

Look for reasons to celebrate your success and don’t dwell on setbacks. Every goal is made up of steps. You should be proud every day that you stay on your path, or when you get back on track after a bad day/meal/decision. Set mini-goals along your path and reward yourself when you meet them. What are you proud of today? We are halfway through, and you are doing great! This week, we talked about perseverance and mindset. If you believe it you an ACHIEVE it!

Reading a devotional or something motivational sets your mind in a positive direction. Planning your food for the day keeps you from making poor meal choices when you are busy, hungry and tired. Eating a healthy, high protein/healthy fat breakfast keeps you satisfied and focused until lunch. How do you start your day? 4 weeks down.
4 weeks to go to achieve your 8 weeks goals. Pastor Kyle Idleman (and Winston Churchill) say Never, Never, Never, GIVE UP. This is a good time to reevaluate. Are you on your way to meeting your goal? Do you need to make a new goal because the first one is already met? Start Week 5 with the same enthusiasm and energy you had at Week 1! Restate your Week 1 goal or a new one.
