Everybody needs Shelly and her Transformation Training in their lives! This is an amazing program that helped me - a single working parent - to prioritize myself, create measurable, attainable goals, prepare healthy meals, and to plan the way I spend my time to meet my values. The skills I learned in the program help me to remain resilient, despite whatever life throws at me- holidays, traveling for several days at a time for work, and the death of a sibling, in my case.
Shelly holds you accountable. She is the little angel on your shoulder that says, "YES YOU CAN!" when you feel like you can't. "DONT STOP! NO NO NO! ONE MORE" when you feel like quitting. Or "DIDNT YOU ALREADY HAVE A CHEAT MEAL?" When you are reaching for the cupcake. No two workouts are ever the same, and they are always a challenge. I have made new friends in the program. It is great to have people working toward common goals, each with their own amazing story.
The program is backed by data - there are pre and post tests, measurements, fitness tests... I was astounded by my results. In 12 weeks I lost 19 pounds, 16.5 inches, (6 in my waist) I held a chair-sit for over 3 minutes, and did 41 push-ups at the post-test. I am down 3 dress sizes, and gladly donated 3 bags of clothes that were too big to charity! What cannot be measured by numbers alone is the increase in the happiness I feel, the confidence I have gained, and the gratitude I feel for Shelly for sharing her blessing with others.
I will continue this journey until I reach my optimum level of fitness, not out of vanity, or to be a specific size or weight, but out of a commitment to myself and to my children to live a long and healthy life.

True wellness is the interconnectedness of DAILY exercises for your mind, body and spirit. This 12-week class EMPOWERS, educates, motivates and holds you accountable to reach and maintain wellness goals. It will include a trip to the grocery store, weekly recipes, food to taste, weekly weigh in’s, and behavior goals for nutrition, exercise, solitude and financial wellness. I highly encourage all clients to attend this class.
